Factbook Project
Developed a comprehensive, interactive dashboard in Tableau Desktop to visualize and bring to life student and employee demographic data for Compton College. The Factbook consolidates key institutional metrics into an accessible, data-driven platform that enables stakeholders to analyze trends, identify equity gaps, and make informed strategic decisions regarding the college’s direction and planning priorities.
Research Report
Conducted a research study analyzing student success outcomes among traditional and nontraditional students enrolled in selected Sociology course sections at Crafton Hills College during Spring, Summer, and Fall 2021.
Examined performance trends across terms to identify achievement gaps and key influencing factors.
Developed evidence-based classroom strategies informed by findings to improve student success and equity outcomes.
